    Two speeds really helps, cuts good

    Works good, it didn't want to cut our toy Poodle like it does on video's we watched. You do also have to get an extra head or two because it gets extremely hot after a short while and burns the dog. Yes, I kept it clean and oiled every short while. We wont have a chance to check out other heads and all that since we have only two small dogs, A poodle and A Poodle- Lasso mix. The Lasso has even finer hair than the Poodle. The Poodle is extremely tight knot. No matter how many times we look, we can't get to the skin!! No wonder they swim well!!

    Great clippers for a great value

    I have Portuguese Water Dogs that I breed and show. I use these clippers to put a show trim on my dogs and I also use them to take the hair all the way down. Great clippers.

    Pet clippers

    Andis clippers are in my opinion the best pet clippers made.l have 3 all of witch l bought used and are still in service. I groom standard poodle and use multiple heads all are lnterchangeable.

    Excellent Clippers

    These do a great job. They are able to remove even tough knots and tangles with a little effort. After using these, I would never go back to any standard affordable clippers. The blades do become hot after some use, but clipping the belly and sensitive areas first keeps the heat from being an issue.
