DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
All orders paid for before 2pm, will be dispatched on the same working day. As soon as your order is placed, you will receive up to date notifications on when your order will be picked, dispatched and delivered.
All UK orders will be sent by APC Overnight or Royal Mail. Saturday Delivery and other Priority delivery services are available at an extra cost. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and other non-domestic locations will be delivered within 2-5 working days. Collection is currently unavailable.

Whilst we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives at your door complete and as described, there are rare occasions where the item can be damaged in transit. All items are covered by our 12 Month warranty (unless stated otherwise). The 12 Month Warranty period begins from the date of delivery. We will endeavour to diagnose and fix the fault without a return, but if we are unable to do this, then you will be provided with return instructions. Once the item has been returned to us, we will either repair, exchange or issue a refund for your item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer if you are returning the item(s) to us because of "change of mind". If you are returning the item to us because it is faulty, the return costs are covered by us (Within 30 days of receipt). Repaired items or exchanges will be returned at no extra charge to the customer. Our warranty covers all that would be covered by the product manufacturer, however we do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover consumable parts of the item, such as the battery.

    Best out there

    Bought these having read other reviews. I’ve a lot of in ear headphones about 26 at last count .. ok I’m addicted to sound. The sound is incredible.. I’ve all the big brands in competition.. you know the ones .. the sound is different it’s hard to explain but when I wear another brand I just keep coming back to these I feel so much more at home with them. Deep powerful sound with out being overbearing.. another review said the sound was mature and that is right .. I feel like I’ve been listening to other music or songs on even more expensive ones. To sum up these should be at the very top of your list.

    Class leading SQ.

    The sennheiser were a replacement for the Sony WF-1000XM3 who's Right Bud i not could get to seal The Sennheiser fit great even on the Medium supplied tips .. which allows for good passive noise reduction . As for sound these are remarkable for Bluetooth IEM'S they give a wide spacious soundfield and hit the right note in there delivery of bass .. mids and high's .. though i have not tested all contenders in there price bracket i would be surprised if you will better the Sennheiser in the SQ. The only drawbacks could be battery and the Snnheiser app is not the best... and a full charge of the case allows some 10 hrs of playback .. not the best in class.

    Very good, not excellent

    Comfortable enough. The surrounding sounds are not isolated but not annoying also.Duration of battery ok. Not very loud (if you want to listen loud sometimes, you can't, I didn't expect this). Quality is good, I expected some more, concerning the publicity of the model. Connectivity could be better, had slight problems, but connected to all my devices finally. The app is simple, not so many things to do.
