    Arrived today, nicely packaged. I wouldn’t say it was new as other buyers have said but the seller never said it was. Mine has a small stress fracture in the waste bin part and the small black support on top fell off as one of the clips underneath was missing. Also it was missing one small accessory holder listed in the book. None of the small defects affect the usage of the vac but I’m assuming they may have been reasons why someone returned this one. All in all I’m still happy with it.

    I can believe how good this vacuum is! It came in immaculate condition and at first I thought the battery wasn’t charging, because when I plugged it in a light came on then switched off, but the reason for this was because the battery was fully charged. When I started using it I was amazed at the suction power it had, much stronger than my old Hoover one. So would highly recommend this company, (especially to my friends). 👍

    Not had much of a chance to use it yet but seems to be working fine & looks brand new! Heavier than my old Dyson but I'll get used to it. Looks like it might be easier to clean out, too. Had problems with Evri delivery as they tried to drop off at collection point, a post office, at 6.30 pm! Second attempt (which was promptly actioned by vendor) was to my home when I was out but Evri followed my instructions as to where to leave it, so that went well. Excellent vendor & A1 communication.

    Life Changing !

    This cordless VAX vacuum is really life changing ! Easy to assemble and operate. I live in a 3 storey Victorian house and I was constantly looking for sockets and dragging cords around each floor when cleaning, this brilliant vacuum cleaner is so easy to move around with and the turbo boost is super. Easy to empty with no bag changing, and one charge of the battery does 2 floors and 4/ 5 rooms - which is more than enough !

    Would give 5 stars if it picked up fluff on long pile carpets

    I bought this just before moving house so I've really put it through its paces. It's brilliant on hard floors, and it revolutionises cleaning the stairs. It's great for cleaning out weird spaces where you wouldn't normally use a hoover. I'm almost looking forward to cleaning the car interior with it! The downside is carpets. On carpets with pile, it just doesn't cut the mustard. It can't pick up fluff and it doesn't bring up flattened pile, not even in boost mode. There's a pile free carpet in the new house, and it works ok on that. I bought it because there isn't space to store my old big Vax in the new house, and I like it so much otherwise that I'll ditch the carpet it doesn't work on, and replace it with laminate.

    Amazing "must have" for cleaning house!

    What a machine, light but very powerful! So superior to my old Dyson . works great on all surfaces and power control is so easy. Battery needs to be removed for charging but lasts a long time. hair needs to be cut from the brush but minor issues when compared to the performance.

    the cleaner is satisfactory in all respects.cant tell it isnt brand new,except for a minor scuff mark. it is lightweight,manouverable, and picks up from carpet and hard surfaces very well.also easy to use in my cars interior.

    Better than a Dyson!

    Great product! This VAX cordless has excellent suction, out performing our heavyweight corded Dyson, is lightweight, easy to empty and battery life is more than enough to vacuum our large 4 bed house with charge to spare.
