As other reviews the battery doesn’t last long in the highest suction setting, but is great in normal setting even when using the beater. I’d definitely by Vax refurbished again.

It came in immaculate condition and at first I thought the battery wasn’t charging, because when I plugged it in a light came on then switched off, but the reason for this was because the battery was fully charged. When I started using it I was amazed at the suction power it had, much stronger than my old Hoover one. So would highly recommend this company, (especially to my friends). 👍

Mine has a small stress fracture in the waste bin part and the small black support on top fell off as one of the clips underneath was missing. Also it was missing one small accessory holder listed in the book. None of the small defects affect the usage of the vac but I’m assuming they may have been reasons why someone returned this one. All in all I’m still happy with it.
