Preface there was a return with this. HOWEVER.
1) their communication was fantastic.
2) their tech support actually tried to help fix the issue
3) they responded in very good time when things came up
I got what was listed. It must have been a shipping issue or a weird bios bug that caused the failure. NO Fault of the sellers, electronics have this happen. Will definitely be using this seller again.
