Great item and works as expected. Seller was accommodating and helpful. Only downfalls were they delivered the item before we were ready to receive. And the other negative was they over estimated how 'easy' it would be to install. Fortunately, we are handy enough to install it, however a regular handyman would not have installed the unit as they advised. But installing it ourselves saved £2700. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend.
