I received only one of the three items I ordered and what I got arrived very late as the listing had free next-day delivery when you were actually only using 2nd class post. However, to your credit, you resolved both issues in only four working days, and your communications were timely, clear and courteous, though I would have preferred not to receive the request from you to send photos of the item and packaging. 5L Sea Kelp hand wash Scottish Fine Soaps, as described. Item arrived but, would I buy from this seller again, no. Received tracking, said coming via DPD, in fact came via Royal Mail, there is a difference, no wonder the tracking didn’t work. I need to know when items are arriving so that someone can be in as sorting office is only open 8-10 am. Tracking only said that they had item had been sent to the courier and then there was nothing else. Today I go a message saying there was a delay.
