Wasnt what i expected. Thought it was a background music of different mhz. Have sent message but no reply in case got wrong one. I got a guided meditation, for myself i do love this one. Was as said, put in a soft plastic sleeve, and in a normal non padded envelope.

When ordering asked in Sellers notes for pdf manual to be sent via email. (which was supplied) but was never sent, although it was marked as dispatched but even the CD has never arrived. On contacting seller was told I never asked for the file to be sent but he was proved wrong and then just ignored my messages. Had to go through PayPal to get a refund. Avoid this seller even though he is the cheapest .... Which is probable why, and not many people will try to get £6.99 back .
