Totally useless. Item supposed to arrive after a couple of hours by email. Two days later no sign of the item , and completely ignored all my messages. I even made allowances for Scottish people still being "under the weather" on Jan 2nd. Pathetic. Only allowed to give stars based on a description of something that never turned up. And it doesn't go any lower than 1

It turned out that the seller was having technical issues and was not able to contact me. In the end a full refund was issued. Alas, I can't find out how to remove the original feedback, or to change it.
