Having tried to do my best to resolve the issue tge seller was reluctant to issue a refund for the difference. The backrest came unassembled with no means to assemble all I asked for was a refund for the difference between stool and chair. Told to keep the item as postage would outstrip refund amount. I would have thought a goodwill refund would have been appropriate.

I had put a new battery but it keeps freezing I can’t understand why, my daughter keeps complaining about how constantly it keeps freezing even after changing the battery twice… I will just get another one.. disappointed!
