USPS lost my original package, and the seller contacted me and sent a replacement, but the replacement was the wrong color, and the one I wanted was on backorder, so instead of having me wait, the bobpets gave me a refund and let me keep the keyboard skin that was in the wrong color. I'll eventually have to order another one in the correct color because I can't give a pink cover to my nephew, but at least I can use it on my own Thinkpad.
