I'm sorry to hear about this Charlotte. Unfortunately Royal Mail were slow to process this parcel (it took them almost a week) and this is reflected in the tracking provided. The postage is fair as it cost £2.70 for postage and 30p for the packaging supplied. Once again I'm sorry to hear you're disappointed but I hold myself to a high standard (as you can see by my selling history) and don't usually counter someone's comments but I feel a neutral score without contacting me first is unnecessary.
