If you are planning to really learn and develop to cook with good technique, this is your guide book.
What can one say about Marry Berry that has not been said 1000's of times before over so many years. This book starts you off correcting the mistakes in technique you have been making for years. I have many Mary Berry books and relate to her style of cooking, techniques, recipies and 'how to' advice.
