Arrived 10 days after estimated date. Hard-to-find CD, rare blue double jewel case broken upon arrival. No bubble wrap or cardboard used in packaging, just flimsy plastic wrap. Zero communication, no response to eBay comms, facebook or direct email. This album is rare in this country and I won't be able to easily replaced damaged casing. Not good enough for best part of £30. Regret having to leave non-positive feedback for a charity but what can I do if they don't respond?
