Not sure what to think, really like the case but it has got tags on which indicates that it is new but it also has random scuff marks in places? Not sure if it’s used and they’ve re tagged it or if it’s just general damage from it being shipped, there’s marks in places like the handle though which I don’t understand how this would be damaged during shipping. I really love the suitcase and colour of it though, would purchase from the seller again regardless as it’s just minor cosmetic damage
