With thousands of dollars spent on my photography equipment I was not sure if I wanted to buy this lens ? Was not sure if I was going to like it. I like it just fine and still getting used to it not getting out due to health and the wildfires smoke as much as I like to. Taking the lens on and off is rather entertaining not being used to it yet. It is easy to just slip the case into my pocket and go. A good alternative for close up
500D close up lens 77mm is rather heavy comparing with filters but efficient when used with 70-200mm zoom lenses
