Possibly the worst customer service going? Ordered on the 9th October. Not dispatched for well over a week. When it still hasn’t been delivered a further 2 weeks later I then try to enquire and hear nothing back.. then to top it off, receive a note from Royal Mail stating I need to pay £3.50 because the seller hasn’t paid for postage?? Even though it states it was free postage. Nah
