    Lysine

    I took it to help me get over shingles. I believe it was helpful. I continue to take it to repel tick and other insect bites. I've had very few bites this summer and they heal very quickly. I typically get numerous bites and they are very slow to heal. I we will also take more at the first sign of a a shingles outbreak.
