    Can't live without it

    I have a disability with use of one arm and neck. To do anything while on the phone I can't get it done holding the phone. I need the headset to get it done! The Panasonic brand is great. Durability could be improved. I need a new one about every 1 year to 18 months. Aside from that I can easily talk on my Panasonic landline phone because it has the headphone plug. So it is like a packaged deal. Mic has good noise reduction. I recommend.

    Okay for home use but not for Official use

    I work from home 4 days a week so use this for office conference calls. I have 2 issues with this : a) headphone sound is too loud - but not crisp - more bass and less treble b) the movable mic part has to be exactly in front of your mouth - little bit here & there it moves - I have people complaining on the other end that they hear me far away. Plantronics M214c was very good for this specific aspect If you are using this for personal use - this has very good value for the money !

    Works just as advertised

    I'm very happy with the two headphones I ordered. The sound quality on my end is really excellent and I can be heard with no problems at all. The only issue I have is that the headband is a little difficult to adjust. It takes a minute of maneuvering until the band and the microphone are correctly and comfortably positioned. And your hair gets a little adjusted in the process. :-) But all in all it's very good product for an excellent value.

    Excellent budget headset - highly recommend!

    This Panasonic headset has only the most basic features but I'm quite pleased with the quality of sound and comfort of the unit. Callers can hear me well and it performs great with my cordless phone. At a fraction of the price of the higher end bluetooth headsets, this sturdy unit is a fantastic alternative particularly if you don't mind the cord (I don't) and can clip your cordless phone to your hip (I can). Highly recommended!

    Lightweight, good sound quality and very adjustable

    The sound quality is good and it's very light so it's comfortable to wear for long periods. The adjustable handle lets it fit different size heads; I even use it when I'm wearing a cap. I wish it had it's own mute and volume controls but I'm still happy with my purchase.
