I absolutely love this dance workout. This DVD workout is very challenging yet very fun, it helps burn weight off quickly, as long as you thoroughly follow the dance routines out. Out of all the dance DVDs I purchased, this Dance workout DVD was the most effective. The dance moves are fast, but It really helps loose weight rapidly, just don't give up and keep trying.

I like the DVD because i makes me move all the body! I love it cus the dancers are so nice and cute especially the leader! what i dislike is there are some moves which are too hard for the beginners! i decided to buy it cus i wanted something like DVD which can cost you less money and you dont need to pay gym or areobics and waste your time out of home!
Its probably a better DVD than the rating I have given it.. But it isnt designed for menepausal women but fit funky teenagers!! (Note to self...stop shopping when half cut!!)
Th CD UK dance workout is a fitness routine for any age! It combines hip hop beats with some of the fresh funkiest dance moves around. It is a brill way to stay fit and healthy and also have fun. Some of the moves admittley only look good on certain people but it good to have a go. Moves including B Boy, body ripples, body popping nd chug steps, dont worry if you dont know what they are you are taught. The whole thing is very bright from the outifts to the backdrop and surroundings. I must admit i was quite disappointed with the soundtrack, expecting it to be full of pop tunes you could sing along to i was wrong, basically its jst a couple of beats and bangs. The guy teacher is called Andy Instone, who is a brilliant well known hip hop dancer, who puts literally evrything into his moves which you will be able to see but admittedly hes not the best. But being a experienced chereographer and master teacher he brings the freshest moves straigh to your living room.He is surrounded by a group of dancers, some of them you may recognise from his other videos such as 'Phat Moves' As you turn the dvd on it comes up with a health warning and unfortunately it is impossible to rewind this bit my advice is to get a bottle of water for yourself ! The 3 sections that come up is Full Workout- this includes everything from both of the 2 routine teachings, warm up, chill down and the 2 performances. Pick a routine- This lets you choose what you want to do instead of having to go throughh everyything. Behind the scenes- Auditions of the cast, meet the team, dancing for fitness, rehearsals, meet andy unstone nd bonus moves - plus you can find the hidden 'easter egg' to reveal an exclusive extra feature. The warm up gets your body ready to exercise preventing injury, the dance workout is split into 2 sections, a beginning routine and a harder one for the more advanced dancer, then once you know the routines inside out there is a performance where you will repeat the dance over and over again, then the chill out where you can relax your body and stretch those muscles. After years of Rosemary Connelys ultimate fat burner video I thought that I would try to increase my fitness by trying out this dance workout dvd. Was I in for a shock! I got out of breath just watching it let alone actually doing it. It says that it is from beginner through to intermediate but I would disagree by saying that you at least had to have had some training in dance to be able to attempt this dvd. I thought that being not too old (30 something) that I might have been able to do this but I think that it is aimed more for teenagers. I did enjoy watching the energetic dancers and the moves were great to watch but I think that I will be going back to my Rosemary Connely video.
