Seller is trying to bribe me with a 30% refund. Not going to happen. This robot hoover is trash. It is made in china with chinese instructions,not that you need instructions. The hoover is horrible and cant move across carpet because it ha no strenth in its motor.its noisy too. The free gift is a tiny tiny brush. Chinese garbage. Seller is a con artist

The item was sent quickly but Evri dropped it on my driveway and chipped some of the corners of the planks. NOT the sellers fault but maybe could've been packaged better. Luckily I could cut the ends off and just had enough. Seller offered small refund for the inconvenience. Item itself is as described. Very sticky but I also used spray adhesive to be sure. All boards join neatly and look smart. Don't know how hard wearing they are yet as top film is bubbling on 1 of the boards. For £ = 😀
