I have got a refund, but I now need to reorder correct item but they won't price match original price net of the voucher despite their errors. I have spent too much time trying to sort their mess. Whilst mistakes happen, the staff don't seem very bright I am afraid. I have now lost the £10 eBay voucher. Worst retail experience on eBay in almost 20 years.
