Fossil was broken. Seller offered refund but frankly, too much hassle to bother with. Of course, the photo shown isn't what you actually receive, as the seller was quick to point out. It's a stock photo and misleading, in my opinion, despite the small print. The seller also mentioned that he spent time driving to the location to collect the fossil and it took some effort to prep (a tricky procedure washing under a tap, methinks) so given that postage was free, it was a bargain. I don't think so.

I apologised for fossil arrived broken & offered the buyer a full refund but was refused (despite Ebay covering postage). Description was clear that images shown were only examples.Buyer couldn’t be bothered to read description, return item or even get his own fossil, if it’s so easy to do. Spend more time reading descriptions, which are there to help, and less time arguing with small businesses, who are only trying to assist when things go wrong. Have a Happy Xmas & go touch grass in 2024! 😘
