    The item arrived but, lousy shipping and handling by employees, they broke the mug and the handle is in pieces. Why can’t they just read what is on the box and actually do their jobs right and not throw everything around, especially property of another person. This is unacceptable. Since a return is not accepted, I would like a full refund on the item credited back to card in use. I didn’t pay for a broken mug!
