Vinyl LP pressing. Digitally remastered edition of the Bowie-anchored 1986 soundtrack that's been out of print on vinyl for years. Original soundtrack to the Jim Henson film. An imaginative 16-year old girl is given 13 hours to solve a labyrinth and rescue her baby brother when her wish for him to be taken away is granted by the Goblin King. Starring David Bowie and Jennifer Connelly. Labyrinth was the second of three soundtrack releases in which Bowie had a major role, following Christiane F. and preceding The Buddha of Suburbia. The soundtrack album also features Trevor Jones' score, which is split into six tracks for the soundtrack: "Into the Labyrinth", "Sarah", "Hallucination", "The Goblin Battle", "Thirteen O'Clock", and "Home at Last".

    Labyrinth (reissue)

    The album was and is just as good as the original. I have both, however original now under glass. The record plays clean and well, no complaints. However if you never owned or had this soundtrack, be aware that some of the performances are with diffrent vocal artists due to legalities. All songs are the same though, just different vocals. If you are a Bowie or a Labyrinth fan it is a great addition to the collection if you cannot find or afford original.

    Great soundtrack

    Love this movie and soundtrack had to get in on vinyl and it's amazing only problem I have is I bought it brand new and the outer case had small dents in it but the record was in great shape wrapped in plastic
