I have contacted this seller and explained the courier service they use – Yodel – threw the package into my garden.
Needless to say, as it was food the local foxes had a field day.
The packeage was completely destroyed an no food was left. (I attach photo.)
I have asked for a refund and had no response apart from the seller asking me the address sent to. The picture clearly shows the address. i informed them again. No response since. Not impressed. Bob Noble

Goods ordered on 3rd December and made/despatched on Wed 6th December, delivered on Monday 11th December, couriers tracking says left 'in a safe place'.Two days later I receive an angry message fro buyer that goods left in garden by Yodel and eaten by foxes, no proof provided. Why report this two days later, where have you been since 11th when item delivered? you state that you ordered the goods needed on 13th December. Why order a good item in 3 December if not needed until 13th? No refund

Quite gutted as they were ruined in transport, have contacted seller, hopefully we can come to some compromise about a 50% refund, although they taste absolutely divine, I can't eat them, unfortunately. The seller did nothing wrong hence why I'm only asking for half the money back, they were destroyed with courier

Tasted divine but you couldn't eat them. A contradicting statement them should have held back on the refund. No more orders by yourselves 😊
