Item arrived damaged but had obviously been picked and packed like that. Rather than agree to a partial refund as the item was fully functional (saving time and money for both parties), I was asked to book a return collection which would involve waiting in all day for a courier. Not worth it for a £70 machine.
Customer service were very slow to respond to me, taking well over 24 hours to reply via eBay ‘instant’ message.
Avoid and pay a bit extra for a new one elsewhere.

Definitely not new ,slight marks here and there but goof overall condition, arrived super fast via DPD ,boxed and packaged well. Have not used it yet so can not comment on how good it is ,full 12 months warranty so no concerns there. Saved a few bob too ,would recommend Vax gladly.

Broken smokes so bad I sent them a photo they asked me to send it back however I can't be at home mon-sat 9 to 5 to wait for it to be collected nor can I take it to the delivery service as its so heavy .i asked for them to give me a partial refund as its faulty however they said they as a company can't do this ! This item has now been put out for the trash . I will never purchase a vax item ever ever again customer service is the worst !!!

Item was delivered next day which was good BUT it was damaged in the box even though the box wasn't damaged. It then took over 3 weeks to get a replacement, DPD came to collect damaged one , but could not fit it in the van and never returned as they said they would , eventually I had to take it to a UPS drop shop. Vax customer service on the phone were good not so good on messages. The machine is very good , I will wait for the weather to warm up so the carpet drying time is quicker.
