      Firstly the seal around the lamp was not positioned correctly to meet the aperture in the tailgate meaning the lamp sat proud of the body. This would have also meant it would have let water into the tailgate. Then I found the internals weren’t clipped together properly, meaning the lamp would not clip into the body quite right. If I wasn’t a vehicle technician this would have been no use to me at all! But I’ve reworked the lamp rather than having the hassle of sending it back.
