The item arrived on time, the packaging was excellent, the product was in very good workable condition, however as an essential part of the processor was missing I returned the product. The seller said that this item could be sent to me but as I had a deadline for my cookery to be completed I requested a refund. I then bought one from a shop. I would however buy from this seller again.
