Super fast shipping. This has lots of power and once turned on will stand up by itself in the pot although we all know that there is an element of risk in doing that. This is a tremendous value at this price point. It was exactly as advertised and I knew what I was buying but I sure wish it had a longer stick to work in a taller stock pot. Contacted seller, because they sent my package with a insufficient address, they said I needed to contact my postal office, that pretty much was my fault because I was the one who provided the address… didn’t offered any other options, just an unprofessional service. Package it always goes automatically back to the sender.

As I said, all labels are printed with address YOU provided to ebay, I don't manually type address at all, you need to correct your shipping address before blaming others, common sense please.
