DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
All orders paid for before 2pm, will be dispatched on the same working day. As soon as your order is placed, you will receive up to date notifications on when your order will be picked, dispatched and delivered.
All UK orders will be sent by APC Overnight or Royal Mail. Saturday Delivery and other Priority delivery services are available at an extra cost. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and other non-domestic locations will be delivered within 2-5 working days. Collection is currently unavailable.

If you are returning the item to us because it is faulty, the return costs are covered by us (Within 30 days of receipt). Repaired items or exchanges will be returned at no extra charge to the customer. Our warranty covers all that would be covered by the product manufacturer, however we do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.     Ps5 fun exciting and satisfying

    The depth of the colours is immense, 4k hdr really pops out at you, I have three games and each one of them fun and not wanting to put the pad, if you ask a question "is it worth the wait" I'd say yes but wait for restock you will pay a hefty price from one of the scalpers. If I was going to have a moan about the console it is the obvious lack of storage which is ridiculous, when ssd can go 2tb 4tb and higher they put a measly 1tb and then you only get 730gb, you will need to upgrade the storage, at the moment I store all ps4 games on an external wd 2tb drive, they will play from the storage but if you store ps5 games on it you will have to transfer from the drive to the Ps and back when you want to play a different game, my storage and my drive are full, with all the free games and ...

    PS5 worth it for latest game console’s

    PS5 bought for my son who although having learning difficulties, he does utilise his gaming platforms for a form of social interaction. The gaming skills needed allow him development of his hand/eye co-ordination and dexterity. It has also facilitated social skill practice whilst being in a safe environment. I am being told of the clarity of picture on his 4k tv and how much better than my PS3 & PS2 slim gaming console’s the PS5 is …. High praise indeed given how meticulous his views are.

    Fantastic next-gen gaming

    Next-gen gaming and a fantastic gaming console. Very happy with my purchase that I got at a discount from the ebuyer seller and have been gaming lots more and enjoying the 4K graphics. Installed a 2TB SSD recently, which required a few Youtube videos and guides to go through for the SSD I chose and the heatsink I chose (both purchase separately), but have greatly decreased the load times for the PS5 games. Also great and straightforward way of transferring my PS4 games and free upgrades that I can make use of! Happy gaming :)
