Chain arrived sooner than expected, however, it was the wrong length, I had ordered 16" & got a 20". I contacted the seller who responded immediately & apologised & said would put correct length chain in post straight away. I was advised to return the incorrect item via the post as "RETURN TO SENDER" so no cost to myself, which I have done. The correct chain arrived today, very fast delivery.
