My original ear hook was torn and I was able to replace it with the new one I ordered. Was fairly simple to do, just had to take my time. I was lucky I did not have to separate the earbud in half to make the fix. I just had to tear the old one off and heat up the earbud to loosen the glue that helped hold it in place. I followed the installation guide that was provided by the seller. Used crazy glue to help seal it
