COVID 19 UPDATE - READ CAREFULLY
In wake of the Covid 19 pandemic, Royal Mail is exceptionally overwhelmed and delayed. We're experiencing extreme numbers of reports of items being delayed by up to 2 weeks. Please understand that some items do arrive on time, while others are experiencing these unprecedented delays. Telling us that another item you've ordered has arrived on time is not in any way proving that Royal Mail is not experiencing delays. This item will be using different delivery drivers and depots to our items.
 
Please do not send us messages regarding delay, or open cases against us until at least 2 WEEKS FROM ORDER HAVE ELAPSED. As a high number of orders are taking this long to arrive, we are not declaring any items as being lost until this date. We will not send replacements or issue refunds until this date has passed. No exceptions. If you've purchased 1st or 2nd class your item is untracked and we are unable to tell you where it is and when it will arrive. PLEASE DO NOT ASK US.
 
As we are receiving 50+ messages / cases requesting information about delays every day, responses are likely to be slower than usual, but we are trying our best to keep up.
