Engraved on the back "Propertly of ***.PLC If found phone...." so not good condition as listed, but OK. But when told of the fault (workplace locked) I had to chase and chase to get a returns label and weeks passed. --If you send a faulty item, refund or replace immediately! (It was only £35...) Just BAD SERVICE.

The phone had old messages from Nov 2024, raising concerns about whether it was properly wiped or refurbished. I contacted the seller immediately and politely asked for clarification and the 12-month warranty certificate promised in the listing – but no response at all. Very disappointing experience. Poor communication – not recommended.
