This vax duo is perfect for cleaning I bought the refurbished one for less than half price and I have to say it came in original box all new parts everything looks brand new. There would have been no way to tell it was a refurbished one only the price I payed was a lot cheaper so great item at a great price keep an eye on the refurbished ones sometimes there is none in stock but just keep checking and they will be back in stock This vax duo is perfect for cleaning I bought the refurbished one for less than half price and I have to say it came in original box all new parts everything looks brand new. Simple to use and really works. Easily cleaned stairs and car seats - came up like new. My only criticism is the filling hole should be at the top and not on the side as it makes measuring the amount of solution difficult (small criticism). I highly recommend this spot cleaner.
