Excellent delivery and packaging but due to a glitch from sales department the flexidrive was missing. This problem was however eventually sorted by customer satisfaction department and I was offered a generous discount to compensate for the inconvenience etc. Very good communication throughout the transaction and I highly recommend this company- hence the 5***** Rating and a personal 'thank you' for o/all service. Would definately deal with them again.
