First, for those who are suspicious about the quality because of the other comment, I saw the guy reply that he said I was wrong, and the cue was completely fine!
Secondly about the cue, as a semi-pro player who played for more than 10 years now (Snooker and UK pool), the cue is a remarkable, elegant, and top-quality cue, a nice feeling in the hand, and on top of everything beautiful!
And last but not least, the seller, is such a nice guy, a professional in his job, and answers every concern.

I recently purchased this cue from you. At 1st, I was enjoying the look and smoothness of the cue. However, upon my 1st experience of playing snooker, I noticed something was not quite right when striking the white ball to play a shot. Upon inspection I have checked the cue over and realised the cue is not straight and it's actually quite bad. I would like a replacement or if not possible.. a refund. As the cue was new, it should be straight. Please can you sort out my issue. Kind regards. Dan
