The parcel arrived open and with only one of the three concealers inside it. I contacted the seller. They said they’d take it up with Royal Mail. I contacted them a week later and they said it wasn’t their fault and that eBay should cover the cost. The packaging was of a poor quality so it wasn’t surprising that the concealers fell out during transit.I won’t be buying from this seller again.
