Excellent product, but I was lucky when it came to delivery. THIS WAS NOT THE SELLER'S FAULT, however. The model, still sealed in the original box, was well packed, but during transit a plastic piece that secured the bus in place broke, and the model came loose in the box. (See photo.) Amazingly the model was completely undamaged, even though there were several fragile parts. Probably a molding flaw in the packing from the factory in China.

It must have had a flat drop to cause this. I tried to pack it well but ...
