Charge 3x shipping for three items, seller combined all into one flimsy bubble mailer. No packing, nor were the items secured in the mailer. Items were destroyed in transit. Notified seller, "Oh this is unacceptable, we will send out replacements tomorrow." Later, and without communications, seller sent a refund instead and never replaced the destroyed items as they said. Disappointing experience all around. Shame because the items were nice and price reasonable otherwise.

Shipped fast, but way overcharged on shipping. Did refund $10 out of $40 charged for shipping, but it does not cost $30 to ship a bubble envelope via ground advantage. I was at least expecting a box for that price with some packing material, but it was both items crammed into the same envelope with nothing around them or between them.
