DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
All orders paid for before 2pm, will be dispatched on the same working day. As soon as your order is placed, you will receive up to date notifications on when your order will be picked, dispatched and delivered.
All UK orders will be sent by APC Overnight or Royal Mail. Saturday Delivery and other Priority delivery services are available at an extra cost. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and other non-domestic locations will be delivered within 2-5 working days. Collection is currently unavailable.

All items are covered by our 12 Month warranty (unless stated otherwise). The 12 Month Warranty period begins from the date of delivery. We will endeavour to diagnose and fix the fault without a return, but if we are unable to do this, then you will be provided with return instructions. Once the item has been returned to us, we will either repair, exchange or issue a refund for your item. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer if you are returning the item(s) to us because of "change of mind". If you are returning the item to us because it is faulty, the return costs are covered by us (Within 30 days of receipt). Repaired items or exchanges will be returned at no extra charge to the customer. Our warranty covers all that would be covered by the product manufacturer, however we do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover consumable parts of the item, such as the battery.

    Good picture

    Very good HD picture. Have connected a Panasonic sound box to enhance the sound. I am disappointed that the USB socket does not recognise my external hard drive on which I keep my music. My other Panasonic tv does The program guide is different to anything I have come across before and will take some getting used to

    Love it

    Just recently bought this tv for my bedroom and love it. It has great image and sound quality and looks very stylish! The only negative I can say is I'm not impressed by the smart features, not many apps, can't do a lot with it and quite slow navigating through - but this is my first smart tv so not sure if it's just a smart thing or Panasonic itself. I don't think I'd bother with a smart tv in the future from here however still good value for money!

    This TV does exactly what it should , the picture is great , sound great, price great. I’m not a TV snob , I just want to watch and hear it . The set up couldn’t be easier, it even talked to me. I love the app button and dedicated Netflix button , they take you straight to where you need , no more chromecast for me. I would highly recommend this TV
