    The seal itself is fine. However upon closer examination it lacked the internal metal washer of the original seal. This is important as it evens out the spring's/seal's pressure on the stepper motor flow control plate, increasing the risk of a dripping shower head. I had to strip the valve down again to use the washer from the worn seal. My mistake but a warning / instructions supplied with the seals would be very helpful.

    Excellent customer service. My Aqualisa shower was constantly dripping, after some basic research, ascertained that I needed to change the top hat washers, saving me many hundreds of pounds as opposed to getting Aqualisa in to change it. Contacted Pelham (via uTube), and after discussion and exchange of photos, it was recommended to purchase and fit these washers, along with some O rings. After studying the recommended utube video, the jib became a fairly easy DIY job. Dripping sorted ££ saved.

    Very expensive but they have been fitted and in use for a week with no drips , really pleased so far fingers crossed that it will stop the dreaded Aqualisa drip. Don’t forget to take the two shim washers out of the old seals and use in the new ones.
