Terrible had big problems with the tap fitted it was leaking from neck faulty or old goods or returns box had no tape on
Asked seller to sort it said only if I return it so I had to buy two taps that were £210 each the tap is fitted in the customers house so replaced a faulty one for another faulty one embarrassment and seller had no help over than return the item that in customers house could have sent another so I could return the other after refit don’t waste your time with this seller

yes a massive problem that you fixed, then didnt fix, wanted full refund without sending item back, wanted replacement without sending item back. still not opened a case as there is nothing wrong with the brand new item you were just trying to extort money and when you failed you left this. sorry NO REFUNDS until the item is returned
