Boots are fine, great for the price, I would say go with the next size up, I vary between 12/13 depending on the manufacturer, I had to swap the 12 for a 13 and they’re still a little snug , but not too tight to break in, been wearing them around the house and quite comfortable 😊

Item new and as described, really well packaged but far too much plastic sticky tape to be able to recycle the cardboard boxes. Think I’ll pay for delivery in future ( I know it’s near Christmas) but took Royal Mail two different vans to deliver meaning I had to stay in all day as they don’t give a realistic delivery slot
