It says “real ruby” which allows the buyer to assume they are buying a genuine ruby - but it is simulated. Seller said they couldn’t send me a return label b/c they are in India. They also said they put shipping costs onto my PayPal account-but I don’t have one associated with eBay! It’s a lovely ring, just not what I thought I was buying.
