Had a Yoboa leather cove for a number of years which was a softer leather and I liked. Also not expensive. Was kind of flimsy after a while and the iPad slipped into an envelope type pocket with a cover that made it hard to clean around the edges. Also it had only one fold back method to stand. Was ready for a change and I saw a friend who had a Cole Haan Kindle cover which I liked so I went on line and saw this product for $7.95. Worth a try. Pleasantly surprised. Firm high quality feel. Rich dark brown with nice braided look a the binding. Very solid with lots of different ways for it to stand. Feels like it will last forever. Also, the iPad snaps right into the back so the exposed surface is larger and easy to clean. Feels like the iPad itself is brand new. Only concern was that it ... Quality for what it is
ipad snaps in place. It’s neat, elegant and trim. But leather? I don’t see or smell the leather anywhere. Mine has a scratch and it’s white underneath the brown. That said. You get what you pay for. So, forgetting that this doesn’t seem to contain genuine leather, it is a good , elegant case.

Cole Haan makes great products, full stop!
I have had a Cole Haan case on my Kindle 3G, iPhone 5, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus, and now my iPad Air 2. Their cases are elegant, functional and protective. decent product, looks great, material seems to be good quality, price is right, but it is a little too small for my iPhone 7, after I put a thin case on the back. It fit fine without the back case, so if you are considering this for your phone, I suggest the next step up for the case.
