The product is good and the supplier responsive. However the delivery was not. A courier email announced the package "dropped off", when it wasn't. The package arrived a day late with no indication of who left it, and no further email. The company advised that I should contact the courier. I disagree. They choose the courier and should pursue if that contract is not fulfilled. I become responsible after I've got what I bought. As it happens, from experience, I would not choose that courier.
