The item arrived on time, securely packed with fragile tape. The AIO had its original box with all the parts (as described) and it worked as intended (no air bubbles) during tests. I had some issues with my CPU temps and asked the seller for advice - they were super responsive and supportive! They helped with troubleshooting and sent some useful resources as well, so I was able to resolve the issue (it wasn't even related to the item I bought and they still helped me out)! 5 stars.
