Great movie & documentary about the Sherman Brothers who composed many many songs for Disney films & other films. Some sad moments but overall GREAT!!!

Songwriting brothers Robert and Richard Sherman -- who penned scores for Mary Poppins, The Jungle Book and many other hit musicals -- may have specialized in family-friendly entertainment, but they did not share a friendly family relationship. Despite their professional partnership, their personal bond was so strained that their sons grew up never knowing each other. I was thrilled to see this documentary. Who knew. To see these guys at work, and how they created some of the best music we all know and love was so cool. This was like getting the inside story over the water cooler, with interesting details about working for Disney and other Hollywood higher ups. Anyone who loves music, or classic musicals should see this film. It was tragic that the brothers didn't really care for each ... A+ a must for Disney fans everywhere.
If you liked the disney documentary waking sleeping beauty you will love this one which focuses on two of disneys greatest song writers the sherman brothers who could not have a good relationship outside of work but when it came to there work there was no greater writing team in their era. great documentary would recommend to anyone who likes Disney.
