    Mexican Food made simple

    I really enjoy the food and so bought this book on the strength of her TV show. Very good and easy to follow.

    Simply the best.

    I tend to stick with a region's food until I feel that I have got the hang of it. Italian, Chinese, Indian etc. This time its Mexican. After a bit of research, I bought the 3 books with the highest ratings. 'The complete Mexican cookbook' by Lourdes Nichols. 'The road to Mexico' by Rick Stein And this one 'Mexican food made simple' by Thomasina Miers. I can recommend all 3 but, if you only buy one, buy Thomasina's. It is just slightly better in all departments. Andy.
